Return & Replacement Policy
Fashion jewellery is non-returnable after delivery, except in cases of damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing items.
For eligible replacement requests, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, parcel opening/unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.
We provide approved replacements at no additional cost, subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value or receive a refund as per our policy.
